"Individual development, an international working environment and innovative technology", this is how our colleague Leon Krauss describes his job at Fresenius Kabi. Leon works as a Junior Project & Process Expert Production Performance & Analytics and we spent a day with him at work. In this Reel, we show you all the exciting insights into his workday and what his role is all about:
Leon works in the Manufacturing IT & Digital Solutions division in the Digital Solutions & Analytics department. However, he already knows the team even beyond his full-time position, as he started there with an internship for his master's thesis before he was offered a permanent position. His main tasks include setting up and managing monitoring instances as well as managing and using machine data. Additionally, research and development of new data protocols and technologies are on his agenda.
Leon particularly appreciates the strong development of his own skills, especially IT skills, during his time at Fresenius. In addition, he has the freedom to evaluate innovations himself and therefore work on interesting topics. The daily variety and personal responsibility characterizes his work at Fresenius Kabi and always ensure an exciting workday.
