Head of Education Center (m/f/d)

For our Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen we are looking for a Head of Education Center (m/f/d) for the education, training and further education of the Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen in full or part time (at least 32 hours per week) as soon as possible.

• As Head of the Education Center, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external training and further education measures for all professional groups at Einrichtung
• You will work closely with external training providers, lecturers and cooperation partners to ensure a high-quality, practical and up-to-date training program sicherzustellen
• In your role as a staff position, you will report directly to the Medical Director and report regularly to Klinikleitung
• You will work closely with our practice supervisors and support the integration of theory and practice in the vocational Bildung
• Scheduling, room organization and - if necessary - accompanying support on site as a contact person

• You have successfully completed a degree in education or educational science (Diplom, Master of Arts or state examination)
• Ideally, you have initial or in-depth professional experience in adult education mit
• You are interested in the didactic, methodological and professional development of our Bildungsangebote
• You enjoy teaching and Begeisterung
• You are comfortable working with digital media and have organizational skills mit
• You treat participants, lecturers and interested parties with respect and empathy selbstverständlich

• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
