Helios Occupational Medicine is looking for an MFA / MTA as an Occupational Health Assistant (m/f/d)for the Berlin site with immediate effect.

• Carrying out and implementing preventive occupational health care, aptitude and recruitment examinations in the practice service or on site with customers
• Knowledge and use of occupational medical examination equipment, e.g. hearing test, eye test, ergometer
• Coordination of consultation hours and company support in all matters relating to occupational health services
• Supporting medical colleagues in the provision of occupational health services
• Documentation and preparation of the health file

• Completed training as an MFA, MTA (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification (medical assistant, geriatric nurse, GKP (m/f/d) etc.)
• We also welcome applications from career changers (nurse, medical assistant, geriatric nurse (m/f/d) etc.)
• Organizational talent and willingness to take initiative
• Willingness to work in the field (consultation hours at companies on site)
• Driving license class B, IT skills (use of Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Proof of statutory measles protection
