Personnel Officer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a temporary parental leave replacement as a personnel officer (m/f/d) for our clinic in Kronach with immediate effect

• HR consulting: Competent advice for managers and employees on personnel and employment law issues
• End-to-end personnel management: Control of all HR processes – from recruiting to leaving the company
• Employment Law & Contracts: Drafting, reviewing and implementing employment law measures and contractual documents
• Process optimization & projects: Further development of HR processes and collaboration on HR projects
• Works Council & Compliance: Trusting cooperation with the works council and ensuring legal requirements
• Digital HR tools & integration: Support of duty roster systems, user support and coordination of company integration management

• Education & experience: Degree with a focus on human resources management or commercial training with further training as a human resources specialist and several years of experience as a personnel officer (m/f/d)
• HR competence: Sound knowledge of personnel recruitment, support and employment law
• Digital skills: Very confident in using MS Office and HR tools
• Communication & Enforcement: Convincing appearance, assertiveness and solution-oriented way of working
• Team & commitment: High level of commitment, analytical strength and strong ability to work in a team
• Health protection: Proof of measles vaccination
