Medical or nursing educator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time (38.5 hours) or part-time medical or nursing educator (m/f/d) for our training center as soon as possible.

• You will be responsible for the creative design and implementation of theoretical teaching, including practical supervision
• You will work directly with the trainees' places of learning and take the practical examinations
• Participation in various projects and working groups
• Administrative and school organizational tasks and the further development of the school's internal curriculum as well as the pedagogical and technical concept

• Completed vocational training in healthcare and nursing, nursing or geriatric nursing in combination with an advanced or completed degree with a pedagogical focus such as medical pedagogy or nursing pedagogy or the willingness to pursue such a university degree at Bachelor's level or an equivalent qualification (Master's level desirable)
• Sound vocational education and social skills with increased empathy in dealing with trainees
• Personal commitment, coupled with a high degree of teamwork skills
• A creative and innovative way of working in combination with the use of modern media
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
