For the interdisciplinary nursing ward UAB at Helios Klinikum Schwelm we are looking for a ward manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• An interdisciplinary nursing ward with the Helios Private Clinic as a sub-area
• Professional and disciplinary staff management
• Staff deployment planning in compliance with legal, collective bargaining and company regulations
• Organization and coordination of ward operations under professional and economic aspects
• Further development of the quality of care
• Planning and implementation of individual personnel development measures

• Three years of basic nursing training

• Initial management experience in the nursing field desirable
• Willingness to change and courage to break new ground and make decisions
• Empathic, constructive and cooperative communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A varied and responsible role in a collegial team

• An excellent position to gain extensive nursing management experience
