(Junior) Manager Analytics & Reporting (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the further development and support of innovative analytics & reporting solutions in an international environment.

• Design and optimization of relevant IT systems and processes in Performance Management & Analytics.

• Active participation in exciting projects, including planning, budget monitoring and adherence to milestones.

• Building powerful data models and developing scalable data processes with state-of-the-art technologies (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Power BI).

• Close cooperation and communication with internal and external departments worldwide.

• Independent execution of global rollouts, including workshops, training and implementation of reporting solutions.

• Training and support of employees to promote data competence in the company.

• Ensuring audit-compliant documentation and supporting quality assurance measures (e.g. GAMP/GxP, IQ/OQ/PQ tests).

Your profile

• Completed studies or comparable qualification in the field of data science, business informatics or similar disciplines

• Technical knowledge in the use of modern business intelligence tools, in particular Microsoft Fabric or Power BI, acquired through initial work-related practical experience

• Very good language skills in German and English for international cooperation

• Strong teamwork skills and intercultural competence in a global working environment

• Independent, proactive and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong communication skills

• Willingness to travel internationally on projects

• High level of analytical thinking, structured approach and sense of responsibility
