geriatric nurse or nursing specialist (m/f/d)

part-time or full-time.

• Planning, documentation and implementation of basic and specialist treatment care, taking into account the individual needs of patients
• Advice and guidance for patients and their relatives
• Administrative admission of patients
• Organization of work processes, taking into account economic aspects
• Participation in quality assurance measures

• You have completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
• You have a high level of nursing expertise and social skills as well as an independent and autonomous way of working
• You value interdisciplinary teamwork
• You put the patient at the center of your attention
• You are prepared to work nights and weekends
• You can show the legally required immunization against measles
