Your tasks:

  • Maintenance and servicing in the area of heating and sanitary technology
  • Operation and supervision of a high-pressure steam system including all auxiliary systems using a process control system (GLT)
  • Monitoring the elimination of defects and damage, as well as regular system checks
  • Ensuring the safe and trouble-free operation of local heating and gas systems
  • Eliminating any technical faults that occur and reporting them to the customer
  • Documentation of the activities carried out using IT systems

What you need:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) in the field of heating, sanitary, ventilation, refrigeration system installation or comparable qualification
  • Boiler attendant training course desirable
  • Professional experience and knowledge of technical building systems, maintenance and servicing
  • Experience with CAFM systems or willingness to learn them
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duty
  • Solution-oriented way of working and ability to work in a team
  • Class B driving license, very good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
