For the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Helios Klinikum Pforzheim, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible as

Head Physician Obstetrics and Gynecology (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for the technical and organizational operational management and leadership of the clinic as well as its strategic development
• Daily care and treatment of our inpatients and outpatients as well as communication with them and their relatives
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialist departments as well as external partners and referring physicians
• Leading and supporting the team, with a particular focus on the motivation, performance and further training of medical colleagues
• You will be involved in the further development of the clinic, implement innovative treatment methods and continuously optimize internal processes and procedures

You have completed specialist training (m/f/d) in the field of gynecology and obstetrics with several years of management experience as a senior physician (m/f/d)

Sound expertise in the field of special obstetrics and perinatal medicine

In addition to your high professional qualifications, you have proven communication skills and empathetic social skills in dealing with patients, staff and colleagues

You enjoy collegial and interdisciplinary collaboration and are enthusiastic about new scientific studies

With your personality and professionalism, you will make a significant contribution to the national reputation of the Department of Gynecology
