To strengthen our team, we are looking for a practice coordinator (m/f/d) for our training center as a parental leave replacement as soon as possible.

• Planning, coordination and documentation of practical training in accordance with the PflBG and PflAPrV
• Determination and organization of the practical assignments required as part of the practical training
• Absence management, education monitoring and controlling with regard to practical training
• Communication with cooperation partners to ensure the requirements of practical training and practical guidance in the respective area of work
• Co-organization and supervision of student projects/learning situations
• Taking on administrative and organizational tasks at the training centre

• Completed training as a medical assistant, comparable 3-year training in the healthcare sector or in the commercial sector
• Experience in a hospital as well as knowledge of the generalist training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) is desirable
• Confident and competent appearance and assertiveness
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of common IT applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
