For our cross-location center for orthopedics, trauma and hand surgery, we are looking for you as Chief Physician Spinal Surgery (m/f/d) as soon as possible

– Option for a professorship (HMU Düsseldorf/Krefeld).

• The entire field of inpatient and outpatient surgical and conservative spine
• An established department of spinal surgery; DWG certified spine center max.; SPC
• In addition to a proven orthopaedics department (EPZ max) and trauma surgery (supra-regional trauma centre/VAV), the clinic has a very strong surgical focus on the spine
• Excellent opportunities to build up a department with a national reputation in a conurbation in the Helios Cluster Rhine-Ruhr

• Recognition as a specialist in orthopaedics and trauma surgery (m/f/d) with a focus on spinal surgery
• Sound knowledge of conservative and surgical care of all spinal pathologies
• Open-mindedness, personal responsibility and commitment as well as the real desire to represent the field of "spine" internally and externally in one of the largest orthopaedic trauma surgery clinics in North Rhine-Westphalia
• They promote cooperative cooperation with all departments of the hospital and the doctors in private practice
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

With 21 senior physicians/senior physicians and 29 specialists and assistant physicians, the Clinic for Orthopedics, Trauma and Hand Surgery treats almost 8,000 inpatients and 31,000 outpatients per year at its 3 locations. Well over 7,000 surgical procedures are performed. With the exception of rheumatoid orthopedics, all facets of the specialty are covered, both conservative and surgical. The full WB authorization O+U exists. In addition, the additional qualifications of paediatric orthopaedics, special trauma surgery, special orthopaedic surgery and hand surgery can be acquired.
