Senior Manager Sustainability Reporting & Communications (m/f/d)

We are the Group Sustainability Team at Fresenius. What are we about? The development and implementation of group-wide sustainability activities and their communication. Regulatory sustainability reporting and internal and external sustainability communication are further key areas of responsibility.

Your task

• You will be involved in regulatory sustainability reporting and supplementary reporting and communication formats in the area of sustainability at Group level in close cooperation with the divisions

• Furthermore, you will independently manage sub-reporting processes and position/improve the company with ESG rating agencies

• Independent project responsibility and management of measures to improve reporting are also part of your area of responsibility

• In addition, you will create presentation documents, prepare the basis for management decisions and support supplementary reporting and communication projects

• You will support the creation and implementation of Group-wide guidelines relating to sustainability

• Furthermore, you will analyze ESG guidelines of investors and derive appropriate measures and strategies for the Fresenius Group

• You communicate sustainability aspects to relevant stakeholders, e.g. the capital market

Your profile

• Successfully completed (Master's) degree, preferably with a focus on sustainability, business administration or related subjects with a corresponding focus; additional training in the field of communication desirable

• Several years (5+) of professional experience in the field of capital market-oriented reporting and communication

• Additional experience in the field of sustainability reporting and capital market communication, taking into account various standards, e.g. GRI, CDP, SASB or ESRS

• Knowledge of editorial systems for the preparation of regulatory reporting, e.g. SmartNotes

• Writing skills, clear and concise expression, ability to describe complex issues in an understandable way and to write texts with correct spelling and grammar

• Ability to translate complex technical issues into simple texts and prepare them for the target group

• Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common programs
