As soon as possible, we are looking for you as an intern (m/f/d) for our HR department in Schwerin.

• Recruiting - Creation of job advertisements in coordination with those responsible
• Execution of all personnel matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Support of HR management and active participation in various HR work projects
• Close and trusting cooperation with the works council

• Enrolled student in a business-related degree program (ideally with a focus on HR/ Human Resources Management/ Business Law/ Business Administration)
• Ability to understand business contexts
• Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• High level of commitment and initiative
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Collaboration in an experienced and committed team
• Exciting and responsible task in a wide-ranging field of work
• A good insight into human resource management in hospitals
