Ihre Aufgabe
- Projektleitung: Übernahme der Verantwortung für Logistik-, eCommerce- und Customer Service-Projekte von der Planung bis zur Implementierung
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Ergebnisqualität in den Logistik- und Vertriebsprozessen
- Teamführung: Leitung und Koordination von Projektteams sowie effektives Schnittstellenmanagement
- Risikomanagement: Identifikation von Projektrisiken und Entwicklung von präventiven Lösungsstrategien
- Wissensvermittlung: Durchführung von Schulungen und Know-How Sessions für das Team
- Prozessmanagement: Definition von Prozess-Standards zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Performanceüberwachung: Definition und Überwachung von KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung
- Dokumentation: Erstellen und Anpassen von SOPs zur Sicherung der Prozessqualität
- Qualitätsmanagement: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und höchsten Qualitätsstandards
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Service/Ordercycle sowie im Projektmanagement und der Umsetzung von SAP-Projekten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP SD, MM sowie Salesforce und BI Systemen
- Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz
