Employee (m/f/d) in receivables management

We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for patient billing for Mariahilf Klinik Hamburg as soon as possible.

The position is initially limited to one year, with an option to extend.

• Processing of open claims and clarification of payment transactions
• Dunning and communication with patients, payers and external partners
• Monitoring incoming payments and maintaining debtor accounts
• Preparation of evaluations and reports
• Close cooperation with a lawyer or debt collection agency

• Completed commercial or medical training (e.g. MFA, healthcare assistant, ZMV or similar)
• Experience in receivables management or accounting is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally with billing or ERP systems
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a high sense of responsibility
