Marketing & Corporate Communications Officer Cluster Berlin-Brandenburg (m/f/d)

In order to raise the external image of the Helios Cluster Berlin-Brandenburg, consisting of our three clinics in Berlin-Buch, Berlin-Zehlendorf and Bad Saarow, to the next level and to accompany important change projects strategically and communicatively, we are looking for you as Cluster Manager (m/f/d) in Marketing & Corporate Communications full-time (40 h/week) for the Berlin-Buch location at the earliest possible date.

• You will be responsible for public relations, internal communications and press relations and coordinate all public relations activities for patients, employees and referring physicians
• You play a key role in cultural change, digitalization and the further development of the clinics and align the marketing strategy with the corporate strategy
• You will be responsible for planning and managing the marketing budget as well as monitoring and evaluating relevant KPIs
• You will advise the management as well as the chief physicians and department heads on all communication and marketing inquiries and manage their strategic and operational communication measures
• Implementing, adapting and rolling out Group campaigns at the locations and developing local content for functional areas (news room) or for local PR
• Organization and support of events

• You have a degree in communications/media studies, business administration with a focus on marketing or a comparable degree
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the healthcare sector
• You have convincing diplomatic skills, assertiveness and strategic thinking and action
• You are full of ideas and have an inspiring personality
• A high degree of reliability, flexibility and resilience, a high level of commitment, a sense of responsibility and the ability to make decisions
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
