To strengthen our team at the Helios Vogtland Clinic in Plauen, we are looking for you from 01.01.2026 as Ward Manager Intensive Care Unit (m/f/d)

• 𝗙ü𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗻 & 𝗟𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗻: You will lead your team, provide clear orientation and promote the professional development of your employees.
• 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗻 & 𝗙ö𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻: You support your employees with targeted feedback and specific development measures.
• 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗲𝗶𝘁 & 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗴: You work closely with patients, employees and the nursing management to continuously develop and optimize your ward.
• 𝗣𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗻𝗴 & -𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗳ü𝗵𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗴: You plan, design and carry out the nursing processes taking into account clinic-specific requirements and current nursing standards.
• 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗻𝗴 & 𝗭𝗲𝗶𝘁𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗴: You will draw up duty rosters, organize shift times and be responsible for the scheduling of your team.
• 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: You will act as the central point of contact for the medical service and other professional groups to ensure interdisciplinary cooperation.

• 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘂𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗵𝘄𝗲𝗶𝘀: Successfully completed training in healthcare and nursing.
• 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗵𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗴: You have sound experience in the inpatient area, ideally in an intensive care unit.
• 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘂𝗻𝗴 (𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗲𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗴): Completed further training to manage a ward or willingness to complete.
• 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘂𝗻𝗴 (𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗽𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲): Completed specialist further training in intensive care or willingness to complete.
• 𝗙ü𝗵𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗴𝘀𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹: You live a goal-oriented, cooperative management style and have strong social skills.
• 𝗞𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀- & 𝗞𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗳ä𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗸𝗲𝗶𝘁: You are characterized by strong communication skills and cooperative teamwork.

• 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗴ü𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗴 & 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘀: Remuneration according to collective agreement incl. annual special payments, 30 days' vacation and company pension scheme.
