Quality Manager R&D (m/f/d) Enteral Nutrition

Are you looking for a responsible position in quality management where you can actively shape global and local standards? With us, you will play a central role in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our quality management system in the area of research and development. As an interface between international specifications and operational practice, you will ensure compliance with standards, manage strategically important certifications (including halal, kosher and vegan) and support innovative projects relating to enteral nutrition. Your tasks

Quality Management System R&D

• Maintaining and documenting QM processes and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 requirements in the area of research & development.

• Evaluation, processing and follow-up of events and change control as well as planning and implementation of internal audits and QM training.

• Creation, regular updating and reporting of QM-relevant documents and status reports.

Quality Contact R&D

• Preparation and implementation of quality meetings as well as tracking and evaluation of key quality indicators (KPIs).

• Supporting and conducting management reviews as well as reviewing and implementing global standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Coordination and support of external audits by certifying organizations (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001), maintenance of the organizational database and implementation of global quality initiatives.

Halal Responsible Person

• Responsibility for the Halal Assurance Program including establishment, maintenance and documentation as well as implementation and coordination of internal and external Halal audits at internal production sites and contract manufacturers.

• Function as central contact person for certification bodies and support for all Halal issues and certification processes.

• Conducting management reviews on the topic of Halal and ensuring continuous compliance with and improvement of all Halal-relevant standards.

QA Support Enteral Nutrition (EN)

• Responsibility for the implementation and documentation of kosher certifications as well as support with internal audits, other certifications (e.g. vegan, V-label) and specific quality inquiries.

• Support in conducting clinical studies and advising other development areas on local quality management systems.

• Active role as QA representative in EN projects and regular exchange with global functions.

Your profile

• Completed scientific studies or technical training with appropriate further training or additional qualification

• At least 5 years of professional experience in quality management in the food industry

• Sound knowledge of halal and kosher certifications

• Confident handling of MS Office, SAP and document management systems

• Very good written and spoken English skills

• Initiative, reliability and a structured way of working

• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills

• Willingness to work internationally and occasionally travel on business
