Deputy Head of School for Nursing Professions (m/f/d)

• Teaching activities and collaboration in the development and implementation of the curriculum
• Ensuring quality standards in the school
• Deputizing for the Head of School and supporting the strategic and operational management of the school in pedagogical, organizational, administrative, business and communication matters
• Supporting the head in personnel management and optimizing team-related work processes
• Collaboration with other business units of the company (clinic management, head office, nursing service and medical service)
• Collaboration with internal and external cooperation partners (local and national)

• Completed vocational training as a nurse or nursing specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification in a healthcare profession
• Completed pedagogical university degree (nursing pedagogy, medical pedagogy, etc.) at Bachelor's or preferably Master's level
• Professional experience in teaching, preferably in a managerial position, coupled with a high degree of responsibility
• "Out-of-the-box thinking and enjoy implementing innovative and creative concepts as well as communication skills
• High level of professional and social competence
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
