Ward Manager (m/f/d) - Palliative Medicine

• Establishment, safeguarding, monitoring and further development of ward structures and processes in terms of patient-oriented and high-quality care and support
• Personnel management and staff deployment planning
• Absence management
• Staff development
• Collegial and interdisciplinary cooperation with all professional groups involved

• Completed training as a registered nurse (nurse or health and (pediatric) nurse, nursing specialist)
• Experience in the implementation of care concepts, patient-oriented area care and demand-oriented personnel deployment planning is desirable
• A high level of nursing and patient-oriented professional competence and the ability to deal with conflict are required
• A high degree of initiative and resilience as well as leadership skills, organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
• Strong cooperation and communication skills as well as the ability to act economically
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
