Data Governance Framework
Define and maintain governance standards for commercial data domains, including marketing attributes, pricing/tender data, and compliance-related metadata (MLR).
Ensure alignment with global data governance principles and support integration consistency across CRM and other components of the commercial ecosystem.
Document governance rules and maintain a clear framework for stewardship responsibilities
Business Process Design
Develop and document end-to-end processes for managing commercial master data (e.g., creation, update, deduplication).
Identify gaps in existing processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
Ensure that business processes adhere to compliance requirements and global governance standards.
Business Rule Definition
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business rules for validation, enrichment, and survivorship logic.
Translate business rules into actionable requirements for CRM and MDM systems.
Support implementation of automated controls to enforce governance rules and minimize manual intervention.
Continuous Data Management
Define and monitor data quality KPIs for commercial master data and initiate corrective actions where needed.
Support data cleansing and migration activities during implementation and ensure ongoing data integrity.
Maintain governance documentation and provide audit support for regulatory-sensitive data.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
Act as a business partner for commercial data governance, working closely with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Service, Pricing, and Compliance.
Act as the primary point of contact for master data-related issues within the commercial ecosystem.
Liaise with IT teams to ensure governance requirements are implemented across the commercial ecosystem.
Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for senior management and governance forums.
Technology & Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with IT teams to implement governance features in SAP MDG, Salesforce, and other components of the commercial ecosystem.
Use tools like JIRA and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
Collaborate across all commercial ecosystem components, with current focus on global CRM transformation.
Prepare reports and presentations for governance updates.
At least 4 years of experience in commercial data governance, CRM/MDM projects, or related roles.
Strong understanding of commercial processes (Sales, Marketing, and Service) in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
Demonstrated expertise in master data management, including data cleansing and data migration processes.
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or SAP MDG preferred.
Knowledge of data governance principles, compliance requirements (GDPR, MLR), and business process mapping.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English required; intercultural experience is a plus.
