Operations Manager (m/f/d) in Facility Management for Systems and Digitization

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Operations Manager (m/f/d) in Facility Management for Systems and Digitization with immediate effect and for an unlimited period of time in Erfurt, alternatively in Berlin, Wiesbaden, Kassel, Leipzig, Hamburg or Munich

Your tasks:

• You will analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials and implement new functions to increase efficiency and transparency in facility management
• You will develop innovative IT solutions and tools that support our operations and drive digitalization in facility management. (e.g. Sharepoint-based work, development of digital standard queries, further development of Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate, etc.)
• You will analyze the existing IT systems and processes, derive optimization measures and implement them in order to sustainably improve operational procedures.
• Further development of data models
• Continuous improvement, management and quality assurance as well as development of mobile system solutions
• You will work closely with internal departments, external service providers and IT teams to ensure smooth integration and further development of the systems
• They support users through training courses and are available as contact persons for technical questions

What you bring to the table:

• Degree in facility management, engineering, computer science or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of industrial engineering or facility management, ideally with a focus on digitalization and process optimization
• In-depth knowledge of IWMS systems and their further development
• Experience in developing and optimizing IT tools and mobile solutions, as well as knowledge of data modeling, data management, and data analysis
• Analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working
• Innovative spirit and interest in new technologies
• Initiative and a solution-oriented approach as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• Driving licence class B
