To strengthen our practice team at Helios Poliklinik Berlin-Buch , we are looking for you as a full-time

MFA / Medical assistant (m/f/d) - Ophthalmology

• You will be responsible for reception and patient care as well as appointment management at the registration desk
• You will be involved in the organization and optimization of internal processes
• You will also support the performance of eye tests, visual field measurements and OCTs
• After appropriate training, you will also be deployed in the OR to assist with IVOM (intravitreal surgical drug administration)
• You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as documenting treatment procedures or changing patient status
• You will also assist with the recording and billing of services provided (EBM / GÖA)

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training

Ideally, you have already gained experience in the outpatient sector

You have good IT skills and experience in dealing with IT-supported processes

You have a patient-oriented and empathetic way of working

You also enjoy working in a team and are characterized by commitment, a sense of responsibility and diligence

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
