We are looking for you as soon as possible as an employee in operational supply chain management (m/f/d)

• Monitoring of deliveries incl. delivery dates
• Optimization of Helios inventory including inventory monitoring with regard to quantity and costs
• Management of the supply chain across all locations with the aim of ensuring security of supply, cost-effectiveness, up-to-dateness of the product ranges in cooperation with PKM
• Management of the operational assortment changeover for warehouses and module supply
• Control of the replacement article process in coordination with the warehouse management
• Advice to warehouse managers and support in planning warehouse item scheduling

• You have completed commercial or medical training or a degree in business administration or hospital-specific professional experience
• Process understanding of the supply chain
• You are confident in using software applications, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP is desirable
• You are characterized by a friendly, service-oriented appearance, have a high degree of reliability, organizational skills, resilience and flexibility and enjoy working in a team
• Experience in the care of medical facilities desirable
• You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles
