Pharmacist Project Management Digitalization (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Pharmacist (m/f/d) in Digitalization Project Management for our Berlin location at the earliest possible date.

• Project management as part of the introduction of various digitization projects with a primary focus on the implementation of the Hospital Future Act (KHZG) and other legal regulations (e.g. e-prescription)
• Collaboration on concepts for the implementation and operation of e-medication systems, as well as the design and optimization of digitally supported work processes, taking into account the development wishes of clinical users
• Active error management and communication with ZD IT employees responsible for products and processes and other stakeholders
• Clinical-pharmaceutical collaboration with the Helios specialist groups to implement digital solutions with the aim of improving drug therapy safety
• Review of the pharmaceutical master data required for the medication process in accordance with the QMS, as well as training measures for users and key users to ensure optimal use of the digital applications
• Organization, coordination and contact person for local pharmacy key users in the context of digitization projects

• Licensed pharmacist (m/f/d)
• Experience in clinical work is advantageous, as well as enthusiasm for digitization and a high affinity for IT topics in the healthcare sector
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to structure complex issues and develop solutions, as well as excellent communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary exchange
• Significant stakeholder management skills and a committed personality with the know-how to act purposefully even in confusing situations
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
