We are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Medical Assistant (MFA)/ Nursing Assistant/ Medical Assistant in the position - Interprofessional Ward Assistant (m/f/d) in the field of Internal Medicine at Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig.

As a ward assistant (ISA), you will play a key role in the daily organization of the ward and contribute significantly to an efficient, patient-oriented process with your commitment, while supporting the team in many ways.

• You will coordinate the flow of information between the medical service, nursing teams, functional areas (e.g. functional diagnostics) as well as patients and their relatives to ensure smooth care.
• You will accompany medical rounds, document key content, prepare examinations and coordinate diagnostic measures - particularly in a pneumology environment.
• You will reliably maintain patient data in the hospital information system and assist with medical documentation in the context of diagnostics and therapy.
• You will carry out delegable medical activities - especially in connection with internal medicine and pneumology clinical pictures
• You will take on organizational tasks in the context of inpatient patient management - from admission and internal distribution to discharge and transfer planning.

You are a trained medical assistant or healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d)
