To strengthen our practice team at the ELBE MVZ in Magdeburg, we are looking for you as a full-time or part-time

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

in the orthopaedics department

• You will support us in patient management and take over the telephone patient coordination and appointment allocation
• You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all patient-related activities for the daily practice routine
• Administrative tasks and the preparation and follow-up of findings are also part of your duties
• You will also support us with administrative tasks within the practice, such as private billing or writing documents and letters on behalf of a doctor
• Laboratory activities such as blood sampling or wound care are also part of your daily work routine
• Support in ensuring quality and hygiene management

• You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or are about to graduate as an MFA
• First professional experience desirable, but not a must
• Experience in working with medical practice software
• Good manners, confident dealing with patients and relatives
• You are committed and have a sense of responsibility
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working, quick comprehension and ability to work in a team

• A permanent and long-term job in a modern medical practice (with predominantly digital processes)
