In the emergency center at the Wuppertal site, the position

Assistant Physician (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Assistant physician work in our emergency center
• Participation in the emergency medical service / ITW service
• Work in a supra-regional trauma center
• Comprehensive emergency care level 3 in accordance with the regulations of the GBA on a tiered system of emergency structures at hospitals
• Work within the three fully equipped shock rooms, including conventional X-ray and CT imaging, twelve monitoring beds, 11 examination and treatment rooms
• Part of the traumatological shock room team
• Commitment to the health and recovery of our patients
• Interdisciplinary work and multi-professional exchange at a maximum care provider

• German License to Practice
• Advanced training in a field of direct patient care, preferably general medicine or internal medicine
• You have experience in a central emergency room
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Careful induction according to your level of training
• Young and dynamic team with the claim to really good, innovative and modern emergency medicine
• Clinical and scientific development, including doctorate and habilitation, as well as the opportunity to participate in clinical and experimental research groups or in teaching research, as well as active participation in shaping and further developing the clinic's focal points
• Offer of additional training in clinical acute and emergency medicine

• New construction of the emergency center, among other things (completion 2026)
• Expanded medical spectrum through expansion of the cardiology and cardiac surgery departments at the site
• Part of the traumatological shock room team
