MFA / Medical Assistant Ortho Campus (m/f/d)

At the Krefeld-Hüls site in the Orthopaedics/Ortho Campus department, we are looking for a part-time (30 hours per week) MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Case management from initial contact to handover to follow-up treatment

• Planning and coordination of surgery appointments in the hospital information system (HIS), in particular with the "medico" system
• Initial telephone consultation and information for patients
• Taking on deputy tasks in other secretariats
• Supporting and accompanying patients during the pre-operative phase

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)

• Knowledge of the common MS Office programs and HIS
• Enjoy your job and the care of our patients
• Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism
• Enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
