Junior Manager Global Supplier Quality Management (m/f/d) MedTech

Our goal is to monitor and ensure compliance with defined quality requirements at our global suppliers. We do this by developing, adapting and continuously optimizing global processes, conducting audits and supplier evaluations and drafting, negotiating and managing quality contracts. In this way, product quality is ensured, risks are minimized and the highest standards are guaranteed.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing global supplier quality management in the MedTech business unit.

Your tasks:

• Global supplier management based on global specifications and terms and conditions for the MedTech BU

• Creation, adaptation and improvement of existing global BU MedTech SOPs

• Creation of an annual audit program for the global audit of our suppliers

• Support in supplier selection and qualification, supplier maintenance and development

• Collaboration in the preparation of semi-annual/annual management reports on the defined KPIs of our supplier evaluation

• Creation, negotiation and management of global quality contracts

• Reviewing and approving quality criteria for materials and services for global suppliers

• Administration, adaptation and improvement of the global management system for suppliers in MedTech

Your profile:

• Completed studies with an economics or technical orientation or comparable qualification

• Initial experience in the field of supplier management of medical devices or in the field of quality management of medical devices as well as initial experience in the field of supplier audits is an advantage

• Initial knowledge of the regulatory environment (ISO 13485, MDD, MDR, FDA, ...) for medical devices desirable

• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP, ideally knowledge of collecting and analyzing data with Sharepoint databases & Power BI

• Strong analytical skills and structured way of working

• Organizational talent, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

• Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
