Senior Communications Manager (m/f/d) for the Chief Financial Officer

As Senior Communications Manager (m/f/d) you will support and develop the strategic and operational communication of the CFO of Fresenius. With your expertise, you will create convincing speeches, presentations and contributions in German and English. You are also a valued advisor on communication issues. Your tasks

• Communications business partner for the CFO: Strategic and operational support for the CFO in all communications issues.

• Creation of communication materials: Independent creation of speeches, presentations, LinkedIn posts and other communication documents in German and English.

• Events: Preparation, support as well as follow-up of internal and external events, including the role as responsible contact person for the CFO on site.

• Process management: Ensuring seamless processes and workflows for the success of projects

• Research activities: Proactive and independent research for optimal preparation of communication materials.

• Networking: Building and maintaining a sustainable network, especially within the financial sector.

• Speaker placement and positioning strategy: Support with speaker placement and the development of positioning strategies for the CFO.

• Coordination of external service providers: Contact person for external service providers.

Your profile

• University degree or equivalent in economics, humanities or a similar field

• Several years of experience in a communications role, ideally with responsibility for board members

• Outstanding research and analytical skills as well as excellent writing and editing skills

• Ability to get to the heart of complicated issues in a clear and understandable way for the respective target groups

• Willingness and interest to familiarize yourself in depth with major social, economic, technological and financial topics

• Very good organizational skills, stress resistance and reliability

• Experience with financial communication topics

• Confident appearance and quick comprehension; high degree of integrity and sense of responsibility

• Ability to empathize with situations and other people; enthusiasm for creative teamwork

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools

• Excellent German and English language skills
