In the emergency center at the Wuppertal site, the position

Senior physician or specialist (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Senior or specialist work in our emergency center
• Medical care for emergency patients in the NFZ and the shock rooms
• Further development of the existing structures together with the management team of the NFZ
• Supervision and further training of assistant doctors, further education and training of employees
• Participation in the emergency medical service / ITW service
• Work in a supra-regional trauma center
• Comprehensive emergency care level 3 in accordance with the regulations of the GBA on a tiered system of emergency structures at hospitals
• Work within the three fully equipped shock rooms, including conventional X-ray and CT imaging, twelve monitoring beds, 11 examination and treatment rooms
• Part of the traumatological shock room team
• Commitment to the health and recovery of our patients
• Interdisciplinary work and multi-professional exchange at a maximum care provider

• Specialist title in a field of direct patient care, e.g.: anaesthesiology, general medicine, internal medicine, neurology, trauma surgery or orthopaedics and trauma surgery, general surgery
• You have additional training in clinical acute and emergency medicine or are willing to acquire it promptly
• You have experience in a central emergency room
• You will be proficient in emergency medical interventions (resuscitation, intubation, anaesthesia, chest drainage, application of CVCs and arterial accesses, basics of emergency sonography, etc.)
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
