To strengthen our team at the Freital site, we are looking for a Nurse (m/f/d) for the internal medicine Kuzliegerward with immediate effect

• Admission and nursing care of our internal medicine short-term patients
• Preparation and follow-up of patients for diagnostic measures
• Close cooperation with the social service and other follow-up institutions with regard to discharge management

• State professional license as a nurse
• Professional experience or knowledge in the field of the normal ward
• High level of professional and social competence
• Willingness to work across departments, in a team-oriented manner
• Special interest in further education and training
• Quick comprehension and responsiveness, manual dexterity, a high sense of responsibility, the ability to act flexibly and independently as well as mental and physical resilience
