Helios Central Library Officer (m/f/d)

For the Helios Central Library based in Berlin-Mitte, we are looking for a Helios Central Library Officer (m/f/d) for 30 hours / week based in Berlin as soon as possible.

• Public relations: You will plan and implement advertising campaigns to promote the content of the online library internally, including writing and publishing articles.
• License management: You are responsible for about 10 contracts, are in contact with the publishers and negotiate conditions for the coming license year.
• Statistics: You evaluate statistics (including COUNTER reports) and create annual reviews. You derive advertising measures from the statistics. You will also implement Sushi as a statistics interface in our SAP BW statistics system.

• You have a degree in library or information science, a degree in business administration (BWL), commercial training, training as a bookseller or have comparable qualifications.
• You have good knowledge of licenses and usage statistics.
• Very good user skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• You have experience in public relations.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German.
• You work independently, are solution-oriented and willing to take on responsibility.
