Shape the future of psychiatric care with us: We are looking for a dedicated assistant doctor in further training or a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy (m/f/d) - full-time.

• Acute psychiatric care: As a ward physician (m/f/d), you will initially be responsible for the treatment of patients with acute psychiatric illnesses, including exploration, diagnostics, testing, crisis intervention and therapy planning.
• Further training opportunities: Depending on the progress of your further training, there is the opportunity to participate in the Psychiatric Institute Outpatient Clinic (PIA).
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: You will work closely with other specialist departments of the clinic as well as the sleep laboratory to ensure holistic care.
• Discharge management: Together with the social service, you will develop aftercare concepts and accompany patients through further treatment.
• On-call service: After appropriate training, you will take part in the medical on-call service.

• License to practice medicine (m/f/d): You have successfully completed your studies in human medicine and have a German license to practice medicine.
• Advanced training: Ideally, you are already in advanced training in psychiatry, neurology or internal medicine as an assistant physician (m/f/d).
• Professional expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of psychiatry and psychotherapy, preferably also in gerontopsychiatry or addiction medicine.
• Language skills: Excellent written and spoken German skills (at least level C1) are required.
• Strong communication skills: You are characterized by excellent communication skills and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team. Openness to modern therapeutic approaches and a high level of creative drive round off your profile.
• Immunization: Legally required proof of immunization against measles is available.

• Targeted support for your further education: Benefit from regular external supervision and support in your psychotherapy training as well as in obtaining further additional qualifications. In addition, we offer regular de-escalation training (ProDeMa) to support your professional and personal development.
• Full authorization for further training: Our chief physician has the complete authorization to undergo further training in the field of psychiatry. If desired, the neurology year can be completed directly in-house, which will allow you to optimally design your specialist training.
