For the start of training on 01.08.2026, we are looking for you to train as a medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d) at our Helios University Hospital Wuppertal.

• Assistance and support in patient care
• Carrying out diagnostic examinations
• Preparation and follow-up of the consultation hours
• Appointment scheduling and consultation hours coordination
• Electronic billing with the cost units

• Technical college entrance qualification or (technical) Abitur, alternatively secondary school leaving certificate and completed vocational training
• Strong medical and technical interest
• High level of concentration as well as a persistent and structured way of working
• High level of commitment and reliability
• Strong ability to work in a team
• Empathetic and empathetic approach to patients
• Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• 3-year vocational training
• Own iPad
• 28 days of vacation, one additional non-smoking vacation day
