To strengthen our practice team in the newly established medical care center in Cuxhaven, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date and full-time as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d) for the cardiology department

• You will be responsible for coordinating patients by telephone and managing appointments at the registration desk
• You will contribute to the organization and optimization of internal processes and ensure that the practice runs smoothly
• In addition to preparing examinations and treatments, you will assist with cardiological functional diagnostics (e.g. resting and exercise ECG)
• Administrative tasks such as electronic data management, the maintenance and management of patient files and support in recording and invoicing services are also part of your area of responsibility
• In addition, you will support us with general laboratory activities such as blood sampling or blood gas analysis

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you have already gained (initial) professional experience in the cardiology or general medical outpatient sector, but career starters are also welcome
• You have digital skills and knowledge of practice software programs or are willing to acquire this knowledge quickly
• A committed, empathetic and empathetic approach to our patients is a matter of course for you
• You are open to new ideas, a team player and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
