For our team in the internal emergency department at Helios Klinikum Hildesheim, we are looking for you as Senior Physician Emergency Department (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date

Ensuring high-quality initial care of emergency patients in our emergency department of emergency level II with background call service (a total of approx. 40,000 patient contacts/year; 2 shock rooms; integrated KV consultation hour)

Patient care from the initial assessment to the admission ward

Chief physician replacement in the absence of our chief physician team in the emergency department

Targeted and cooperative interdisciplinary collaboration with our specialist departments and the emergency services

Supervision and organization of further training for doctors in further training and our physician assistants

Opportunities for simulation and further training courses at our own Simulation and Emergency Academy (SiNA), such as the additional qualification in clinical acute and emergency medicine

Optional participation in NEF services

You are a specialist (m/f/d) in internal medicine

You have the additional qualification in clinical acute and emergency care or emergency medicine or are willing to acquire this at our location

Several years of professional experience as a senior physician in the emergency department

A team-oriented way of working and the ability to motivate your employees

High professional and social competence as well as leadership skills

Economic thinking and acting, a cross-departmental and future-oriented organizational understanding as well as close, interdisciplinary cooperation with the other specialist departments are a prerequisite

A position with a high degree of creative freedom in which your enthusiasm for the training and further education of junior doctors and specialists comes into its own
