Nursing Specialist Weaning Station (m/f/d)

As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a full-time and part-time nurse (m/f/d) for the Weaning Ward of the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden

• You will work together on an interdisciplinary basis in our multi-professional team on an equal footing
• You will care for and care for patients on the weaning ward independently and professionally
• They carry out medical prescriptions
• You will carry out the care documentation
• They implement the expert standards and the care concept of the ward

• You have completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• You are responsible and empathetic in dealing with our patients and their relatives
• You are willing to work in a field with high work intensity
• They see themselves as part of a team, are enthusiastic and contribute ideas for the further development of patient care
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Remuneration according to TVöD-K/VKA, pay group P8, step assignment depending on professional experience, at least level 4 according to works agreement
• Opportunities for further development: Specialist training in intensive care/anaesthesia – after completion of pay group P9, practice instructor, wound manager, medical device officer or hygiene officer (m/f/d)
• Areas of expertise: Weaning from the ventilator
• Care and handling of tracheostomized patients
• Organ replacement experience such as dialysis (continuous and intermittent)
• Individual wishes and adjustment of the duty roster, care-patient ratio: 1:3
• At least 3 months of induction with consideration of further development, also an extension to 6 months possible at any time
• Regular in-ward training and instruction days with the practical instructors
