Nursing Specialist Weaning Ward (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time or part-time nursing specialist (m/f/d) for the Weaning Ward at Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Klinik Wiesbaden as soon as possible.

• You will work together on an interdisciplinary basis in our multi-professional team at eye level
• You will look after and care for patients on the weaning ward independently and professionally
• You carry out medical prescriptions
• You carry out the nursing documentation
• You implement the expert standards and the care concept of the ward

• You have completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• You are responsible and empathetic in dealing with our patients and their relatives
• You are willing to work in an area with high work intensity
• You see yourself as part of a team, are enthusiastic and contribute ideas for the further development of patient care
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Remuneration according to TVöD-K/VKA, pay group P8, step allocation depending on professional experience, at least level 4 according to company agreement
• Further development opportunities: specialist training in intensive care/anaesthesia - after completion, pay group P9, practice supervisor, wound manager, medical device officer or hygiene officer (m/f/d)
• Main areas of expertise: Weaning from the ventilator
• Care and handling of tracheotomized patients
• Organ replacement procedures such as dialysis (continuous and intermittent)
• Individual requests and adaptation of the duty roster, nurse-patient ratio: 1:3
• At least 3 months induction with consideration of further development, extension to 6 months possible at any time
• Regular in-patient training and instruction days with the practice supervisors
