For our Helios ENDO-Klinik Hamburg, we are looking for a full-time or part-time nurse for social services/rehabilitation counseling (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Independent and autonomous counseling of patients/relatives on post-inpatient further treatment (rehab)
• Organization + application for rehab for our patients

• Successfully completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d)
• Flexibility, reliability, team spirit
• A high degree of responsibility and social competence
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• High level of communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
