As Cluster Manager for our 4 clinics in Saxony-Anhalt, we are looking for a full-time or part-time, permanent position as soon as possible for a

Licensed Psychological Psychotherapist (m/f/d)

• You will assume professional responsibility for inpatient psychotherapeutic care in our clinics, including the care and support of patients
• You will actively shape the further development of psychotherapeutic services, particularly in the context of multimodal pain therapy, geriatrics and palliative medicine
• Developing and optimizing an interdisciplinary treatment offering in collaboration with the various departments of the clinics
• Close cooperation with all specialist medical departments and the psychotherapists and doctors in private practice in the region
• Participation in team meetings, interdisciplinary case discussions and crisis situations
• Support from a dedicated team and a collegial working atmosphere that looks forward to your input

• A degree in psychology or Master of Science (Psychology) and completed further training as a psychological psychotherapist (VT or TP)
• A German license to practice medicine and very good German language skills (C1 level)
• Additional qualification in "Special Pain Psychotherapy" desirable or willingness to acquire this
• You are a committed personality who works independently and has a high level of competence in communication and counseling as well as a good balance between empathy and professional behavior towards patients and relatives
• Willingness to take on management responsibility and interest in interdisciplinary cooperation as well as knowledge of the DRG system
• Proof of a complete measles vaccination
