• During your 3-year training period, you will be actively integrated into the processes of our company right from the start
• You will get to know varied organizational and commercial-administrative activities in the following areas, among others: HR management, marketing/public relations, financial accounting/accounting
• Your training will be supplemented by tasks and questions from industry-specific areas, such as patient admission and billing, medical documentation and medical controlling
• You will learn a versatile and responsible profession that offers you a wide range of employment opportunities after your training

• You have a secondary school leaving certificate or a vocational baccalaureate/abitur
• You are interested in commercial tasks and issues relating to the topic of "health"
• You are outgoing, enjoy working in a team, but can also work independently at the same time
• Service and customer orientation are a matter of course for you
• You are committed and show a high level of initiative
• You have a logical and analytical mindset and good IT skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
