Training as a nursing assistant 2026 (m/f/d)

For the start of training on 17.08.2026 we are looking for trainees as nursing assistants (m/f/d) at Helios Klinikum Aue.

• One or two-year training program, which is divided into school-based and practical assignments.

• You will gain knowledge in the field of nursing care for people of all age groups in inpatient care
• You will assist with nursing activities to promote, maintain and restore the health of our patients
• As a nursing assistant (m/f/d), you are not only the right hand of the nursing staff, but also an important reference person for patients
• With a secondary school leaving certificate, you have the option of shortening your training to 1 year (entry into the 2nd year of training)

• Secondary school leaving certificate or an educational qualification recognized as equivalent or secondary school leaving certificate

• Personal strengths in the following areas: Empathy, social skills, ability to work in a team, openness and organizational talent
• A high level of social competence and an exceptional sense of responsibility characterize you
• An extended police clearance certificate (not older than 3 months before starting training)
• Health suitability for the job and proof of full measles protection
• Previous internship in nursing desirable
