To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Executive Assistant (m/f/d) Business Unit Management Operating Technology for Erfurt or Kronach with immediate effect.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the division management in all organizational, administrative and content-related matters
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings, incl. agenda, documents, presentations and minutes
• First point of contact for internal and external partners on behalf of the division management
• Coordination of agreements with other divisions, clinic management and central functions
• Support for special projects of the division management, incl. research, analysis and preparation of decision bases
• Support in the preparation of workshops, committees and strategic meetings (e.g. BT Board, cluster head meetings)
• Organization of business trips incl. accounting

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training or studies, ideally with further training in assistance, office management or project management
• Several years of experience in an assistant or comparable function at management level
• Very good MS Office skills, confident in using digital tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Organizational strength, proactive work and high reliability
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor and ability to work independently
• Confidentiality, discretion and loyalty
