Working Student (m/f/d) Global Human Resources

If you’re passionate about Human Resources and eager to support global HR transformation processes within an internationally operating company, consider joining our team in the Fresenius Kabi CHRO department! You will work on diverse and challenging tasks with a global scope, collaborating closely with the country HR teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about project and change management in an international environment and develop skills that can be applied across functions. Your challenge in detail

• You will support the coordination and execution of global HR projects, contributing to their successful rollout

• You will gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights and create presentations for various stakeholders

• You will assist in change management initiatives and work closely with HR teams across countries to drive project implementation and alignment

• You will support accurate system data management and testing to ensure seamless HR processes

Your competence is in demand

• Current full-time studies in Business, Engineering, Psychology or a related field

• Fluent English language skills, written and spoken; good German skills are a plus

• Proficiency in MS 356 (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

• Ability and enthusiasm to quickly learn and adapt to new topics

• Collaborative mindset and interest in working with different cultures 

• First experience in HR is a plus
