At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you for the intensive care unit of the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Klinik in Wiesbaden as a full-time or part-time

Nursing Specialist (m/f/d)

• You will work together on an interdisciplinary basis in our multi-professional team at eye level
• You will look after and care for patients in the intensive care unit independently and professionally
• You will carry out medical prescriptions
• You will carry out the nursing documentation
• You implement the expert standards and the care concept of the ward

You have completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d). Ideally, you have completed further training as a specialist nurse (m/f/d) for intensive care medicine

You are responsible and empathetic in dealing with our patients and their relatives

You are willing to work in an area with high work intensity

You see yourself as part of a team, are enthusiastic and contribute ideas for the further development of patient care

You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Remuneration according to TVöD-K/VKA, pay group P8, level assignment depending on professional experience, at least level 4 according to company agreement
• Opportunities for further development: further specialist training in intensive care/anaesthesia - after completion, pay group P9, practice supervisor, wound manager, medical device officer or hygiene officer
• Acquisition of specialist expertise in organ replacement procedures such as dialysis (continuous and intermittent), Impella and ECMO, shock room care and Rea team
• Individual requests and adaptation of the duty roster
• At least 3 months induction with consideration of further development, extension to 6 months possible at any time
• Regular in-patient training and instruction days with the practice supervisors
