At the earliest possible date, we are looking for exactly you as Ward Manager (m/f/d) for Ward E4 - Admission Ward & General / Thoracic Surgery

• As Ward Manager (m/f/d), you will assume professional and organizational responsibility for the ward of the Clinic for General and Visceral Surgery as well as our newly created admission ward
• You will lead your team professionally and personally, promote individual potential and provide advice and support
• You will continuously develop your ward together with patients, colleagues and the nursing management teamYou will plan, design and take responsibility for nursing care in accordance with hospital-specific standards
• You create duty rosters and assume time responsibility for your teamYou act as a central interface to the medical service and other professional groups
• Actively develop and implement the hospital's internal nursing organizational structures and nursing-specific topics
• You work closely with our trainees and are part of our high-quality guidance

• Completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Management experience in nursing with completed further training in managing a ward/area (DKG) or the willingness to complete it
• Empathy and confident handling of challenging situations
• Ability to work in a trusting and cooperative manner with all professional groups
• Decisiveness and assertiveness as well as organizational talent and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
