As soon as possible, we are looking for exactly you as Ward Manager (m/f/d) for Ward E4 - Admission Ward & General/Thoracic Surgery

• As a ward manager (m/f/d), you will take over the technical and organisational responsibility for the ward of the Clinic for General and Visceral Surgery as well as our newly emerging admission ward
• You will lead your team professionally and personally, promote individual potential and provide advice
• You will continuously develop your ward together with patients, colleagues and the nursing managementYou will plan, design and be responsible for care in accordance with clinic-specific standards
• You create duty rosters and take responsibility for your team's timeYou act as a central interface to the medical service and other professional groups
• Active further development and implementation of the hospital's internal nursing organizational structures and care-specific topics
• You will work closely with our trainees and be part of our high-quality guidance

• Completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d)
• Management experience in nursing with completed further training, management of a ward / area (DKG) or the willingness to complete it
• Empathy and a confident handling even in challenging situations
• Ability to work together in a trusting and cooperative manner with all professional groups
• Decisiveness and assertiveness as well as organizational talent and ability to prioritize tasks
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
