Operate, enhance, and roll out the Salesforce Service Cloud & Platform solutions as part of the global OneCRM (PULSE) program across all four Commercial regions and business units
Act as primary decision maker on Salesforce Customer Service & Platform features, driving solution design, architecture, and technical alignment
Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to harmonize customer service processes and define requirements, user stories, and enhancements
Manage, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and global release plans
Prepare and lead workshops with regional teams to support localization, adoption, and implementation
Establish and oversee release management processes in close collaboration with IT, regional admins, and Salesforce as vendor
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery
Stay current on Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and industry trends, while mentoring team members and fostering continuous learning
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or PhD is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the Pharma or Life Science industry with a strong focus on CRM and commercial roles
At least 3 years of proven experience working with Salesforce as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Consultant, or Admin
Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Platform, including customization, integration, and application of best practices
Recognized Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder; further certifications are welcomed
Strong track record in leading projects and technical decision-making while consistently achieving business goals
Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style combined with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English; additional languages and willingness to travel internationally is a plus
