• Admission of inpatients and outpatients
• Conclusion of treatment and optional service contracts
• Support of the cost assurance / main cash register department
• Assumption of administrative activities
• Mail processing
• Communication with patients and their relatives
• Archiving of patient files

• A completed apprenticeship in the commercial sector, alternatively several years of professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility
• A strong patient and service-oriented way of working as well as the ability to work in a team
• Independence, resilience as well as a confident and friendly appearance round off your profile
• Knowledge of MS Office standard software (Word, Excel)

The Helios Rhein Klinik Duisburg is a specialist clinic for geriatric rehabilitation. The close cooperation of our three major professional groups of doctors, nurses and therapists enables a holistic approach to the treatment of the diverse geriatric diseases. Every year, more than 2,500 patients are treated at the Rhein Klinik. The focus is on the implementation of a holistic medical rehabilitation concept, activating care and individual therapies, which noticeably improves the quality of life of patients. Not only functional disorders and their effects are treated, but people are also taken into account in their individual life situation.
